Yep, currently in Penrith near Sydney but will be up with the sparrows in the morning (Sunday) and hope to be over the Mexican boarder early to mid afternoon. Staying in Wodonga or Howlong, probably Howlong but no sure howlong for though maybe not too long
I am going to try and not stop in Yass NSW cos that is where all my tug problems first showed their ugliness early in the year.

Gee Heather you are on to me quick.
Even though I will be back in Mexico tomorrow it will be still a little while before arriving back at base camp and then only for a short time.
Hope all is well with you and Norma.

Yeah, that's a long drive. I imagine it would take me a week to do that trip. Probably longer. Maybe a month.

Howlong's quite a nice little place... and there's phone reception too.
I remember that from a few years ago on my journey along the Murray to Mildura.

Doug
That's along day on the Hume.
If you are feeling a little tired around Jugiong you will be aware of the Camp there with toilets and water. If you get to Albury there is camping at the Equisterine Centre ($10-$15) (not correct spelling) but I was at the Jayco dealer at Albury in April and a very nice lady who free camps said it was an option, as well Howlong were we ended up.
Safe traveling Doug

Thanks John, the "horse" centre is for members only from what I have been told and the Wodonga show ground is very muddy at the moment but will call in there first and check but might have to settle for a CVP as I need to unhook to get my tug rego changed over to Vic and get blood tests also and as well even. I get the blood tests not the tug
Howlong is a nice place but for what I need to do, 30 mins is just a bit out the way I think but could also still happen.
The drive down the Hume is not that bad really. I did from South Gippsland to Sydney in one hit on way up so going back is slower.

bugga Dougwe I'm concerned about the twins, I would hate to see them laying in bed in the A van, bet I suppose that is what Dougwe wants.
