gave up trying to find an 'interactive' map so downloaded a picture and drew on it (paint program will do it) So much quicker - and easier. Just needs some fine tuning now.

Great idea spida, no tares or creases to get in the way. Certainly done some travelling there. Keep on keeping on and enjoy.

Looks good Vida - the yellow is a bit hard to see though - and are you going to complete it with the rest of Victoria, and the little island down the bottom???

HELP PLEASE Vida, anybody.
Your map and areas travelled is something I have been trying to find for ages with no success. I have tried Mr Google and every map I copy and save I can't keep in focus when I zoom in enough to draw my details.
I have tried both on my iPad 2 and my laptop. iPad wants to to do an upgrade so I can get iPhotos (I think it is called) that I don't want to do and the laptop is just way out of focus.
Vida (Spida) can you let me/us know what you are doing right please cos I am doing it all wrong I reckon.

I tried Google Maps.. My Google...
The maps don't allow you enough Save Point's and they don't allow you to Layer the Maps, unless you use the Paid for service..

I have a speedometer app in my tablet that asks when I exit if I want to save the data, might have to do a trial run and save a track.
Then I will have to find out what it works with.
A few years ago I had a Garmin GPS12 that tracks could be exported to OziExplorer.
Hmmm homework time, I get back to ya when I figure it out.

I gave up on all the 'interactive maps. Just find a picture of a map of aus - high res is best, then put it in a paint program of some sort and with a 'steady' hand drew the lines!!!! So much more freedom to change the colours etc and easy to zoom in for the detail. www.vidiani.com is the one I found.

Got to have the "Map of Tas"
