The trial of a woman accused of killing a female caravan park manager in WA has commenced, the event that led to this was posted here on GN some time back.
Bear in mind with comments that the matter is sub judice and the accused has not been found guilty yet. See this link;
Sometimes we are not able to be removed from the things that we would rather not know ..but that's life.

In my opinion it would be safer not to have any discussion about a sub judice matter on this public site.
I would hope that Cindy removes this post before anyone makes a comment that could get them into trouble.

This matter has been on public TV and Newspapers in WA and interstate, so has had quite a bit of public exposure already.
I don't see how a forum is any different. I would venture to say it is probably on Facebook as well, although I haven't checked.
The Daniel Morcombe case was discussed widely here and elsewhere before he was convicted. Ditto Lindy Chamberlain.
IMHO only if someone commented on the guilt or innocence of the alleged perpetrator on here on this public subject could it be construed as not appropriate.
If this does occur then I am sure that if Cindy was contacted about it she would remove the inappropriate comments.
As this event occurred in a caravan park I am sure it is of interest to many GN's who will follow the case as it progresses.
IMHO....
Edit: In the interest of the forum in general to allay any concerns, I will pm Cindy and ask that the thread be locked so it is still available for GN's information but will prevent further posts which may be inappropriate until the trial is over. Then the subject could either be unlocked or a further thread made on the results.
