I would have liked to see how he stripped down the tyres.

Perhaps its' light weight is the advantage rather than the strip down capability.
Balloon tyres might be more of a hindrance than help.
Really a bit of a gimmick I think.

Here's a lightweight motorbike that may be of interest.
Perhaps lots of practice needed to re-assemble it. Maybe an IKEA assembly course a pre requisite.
