Hi to any large motorhome/bus owners who have built or changed the engine. We are looking to repower the rollingstone with a higher powered motor as we have a 160hp 6 cyl diesel which is very slow on the hills. we are looking at a Cummins engine and want to know if there are any regulations regarding changing engines in Queensland.
any help would be appreciated.

Check with local registration authority ? They should have engineers who check this work. It's mainly to check engine mounts etc are done right .
