It was about 1964 and Yes that's me holding the garden hose.......Notice my Dads ELECTRIC lawn mower in the foreground...I hope he had it "Tag and Tested"

Mower would be a RotoMo? also there were "Ladybird" elec mowers - both had 12" wide cut. They spun so fast they pulverised the grass and any toes that got in the way.
