Just inquiring if any Grey Nomads have stayed at the above CAW6=87. What is it like? It says Self Contained and limited sites available. It's about
100kl sth of Mackay.

Not stayed there, but was impressed with the description of what state it is in and a description of where it is in your thread.
A shame others couldn't be more descriptive of where a place is, many have no idea from their subjects and posts.
Hope you get some feedback from someone who has been there.

been there but it's a bit out of the way and the facilities are basic as no water or toilets $7 bucks a nite ,my view it not worth it

Would have to agree with you re subject headings on this forum, it does appear that many of our regular posters like to keep us all guessing re what their post is about, maybe they are cryptic crossword fanatics and enjoy the challenge of dreaming up the shortest subject heading possible. In many cases, if the subject heading doesn't give a reasonable amount of information I don't bother to look any further because in many cases, it is just a waste of time.

Hear Hear ! Places in particular as living in one part of the country many place names especially the small ones are unfamiliar if posters don't specify where they are. Readers should not have to ask the poster where a place is or google it, it is just common courtesy to add a few simple words. Also agree about other thread titles giving no info about the subject.

This camp site is at Clairview approx 100klms south of Mackay near the beach just off the Bruce.
From Memory there are two spots plus a caravan Park. Also a bargain shop on the north end. ( Or there was)

Ooops !!!! Flaggy Rock appears to be between Clairview and Sarina in N. Qld. ( Gods Country)
