Having lived in our motor home for five years and suffering from repeated hay fever in winter I am wondering what I can do besides washing bedding etc and perhaps a new effective small vacuum cleaner would help. Has anyone any recommendations re vacuum cleaner? Old one six years old and perhaps not so effective.

If you suffer from allergies a HEPA feature is probably an essential feature. Many brands have HEPA and almost all commercial cleaning contracts specify HEPA.
Not a vacuum cleaner (what is that) but have you given any thought to a "ironiser" at least that is what I think they call them. They help clean the air we breath. I can't see them using much power so should be easy to set up for 12v use if no 240v available.

We had this Homedic air purifier for a year or so works great, no sneezes at all.
About $95. from The Good Guys does the job nicely.

We have come to realisation that a good broom does 99% till we get home .. Can't take everything plus it's better to enjoy rather than cleaning all day.. Especially when grand children are with you . Anxiety reigns supreme at times ..
