Does anyone know how to access the water pump on a thetford 402 toilet, our has stopped working. I have checked the fuse but I can not find access to the pump itself.

We have a different model, however, frequently the water just stops squirting and swirling. We found, after one caravan mob telling us they had fixed the problem at an exorbitant price, and another selling us the part that we did not need, that it was not the pump, but the filter inside the hose was clogged up with calcium. Pays to check that as well. The instructions for that should also be on the repair manual.

I replaced my pump recently not easy to find, take the lid off where the handle and flush switch are then get someone with a small hand to twist their way round to pull it up after much stuffing around my problem turned out to be the printed circuit
