I heard this works on anyone with arthritis, wd40 or crc sprayed where the arthritis is, I told a fellow nomad and he tried it and said it works great.

anything is worth a try because nothing else works and wd40 certainly frees up rusty nuts and bolts

Any thing you do to massage your hands or feet or body part will work. Even using dirty sump oil will work as you are working your fingers etc. But a bugger of a clean up job.

Just had the worst pain in the past few months in my hip and leg. Had scans and ultra sounds and all that and have mild arthritis ,I would hate to have severe, and Bursitis. Dr suggested Panadol Osteo 6 a day. I thought that is a lot and have stuck to 4 a day. The pain has gone and its been very cold as everyone knows. I have been able to walk with the Grandkids and do some gardening. I am very happy.

My Doc suggested 6 a day Osteo Panadol, which I did for a few days & then dropped back to two a day ... great results ...
In the past when I had an Arthritic or even muscular pain I took two Osteo Panadol & rubbed the area with Flexogel ... as prescribed for SWMBO by a Skeletical Specialist for her various pains.
No more need for the dangerous Anti Inflamatories.
I get a prescription for the Osteo Panadol which makes them quite cheap.

Those who have/had Bursititis I know how you feel, I had X Ray & Untrasound, the anti inflamaitries did nothing, cortisone injections using ultrasound, hurt like hell and now under physio, one month later I can now get a good nights sleep. I guess these things happen as you get older.

I had bursitis in both shoulders and needed cortisone injections approximately every six months. It was doing my head in because I was worried that Cortisone would, as it does, weaken my shoulder muscles over time and yet the pain was intense so I had no option.
About 5 years ago 6 months went by, no pain and since then I've had no pain at all and surprisingly it was both shoulders at the same time.

I use Panadol osteo but sparingly.
I use Voltaren cream (dont take the tablets) and find it works.
Also consume oily seeds (celery seed is the best I find) but others to your taste should work.
Reduce your sugar intake as it has been proven that sugar is the most widely used poison known to man. The process to make it white to suit modern trends uses very toxic chemicals and in any form has been proven in trails to cause colestral build up as it effects the body controls to tell you are full and therefore you continue to eat more than you need. The results are the heart attacks, strokes etc. Reduce your sugar and you will shed weight.
I had many problems with Arthritis since early 30's as I worked on a prawn trawler and my hands were wet and cold most of the time and found that using the celery seed I was able to continue to work and it removed much of the pain for many years till I gave up fishing. I still reach for it if I get excess pain but I can normally get by with 2 panadol and the Voltaren at night if I cant get o sleep.
My sleep patterns are like a tumbler as when the arthritis hits bad I twist and turn all night. NO SLEEP.
I would rather suffer on the road than in a box though.
Regards
Brian

Some time ago a fellow cricket player used to spray the small can of WD40 (small can apparently mattered) on his knees before opening the bowling, he reckoned it used to last 15 overs!

I went through the pain of arthritis a couple of years back and had the xrays done and was put on Panadol Osteo .... After a couple of weeks a friend suggested I stop taking them due to the high dosage of paracetamol .... He suggested Swisse Professional 1000m Krill Oil tablets. After about 3 weeks taking the Krill the pain was easing off and after about 2 months i was pain free. I have been taking them ever since and still most of the time I am pain free. Its a bit expensive but more than worth it!

Next door neighbour & red claw trapping mate has just had a hip replacement.
Was out of hospital in a few days & is getting round without taking his pain killers. Used them in hospital for a few days though.
Says that he now feels higher on the replacement side.
