I'd like to log a word of Thank You to the Principal and Staff of the NRMA Hay, NSW office.
At a recent visit to Hay our caravan door lock suffered a total break-down and needed replacement. I visited, at the recommendation of the BIG4 Caravan park, dropped in to see the NRMA. Without any trouble the Manager of the branch made contact with the closest Jayco dealer (Griffith) and traced down a replacement kit for me .... I got the distinct impression from the action of the staff that no job was too small and helping was second nature.
I cannot, unfortunately, recall the Principal's name but I would like to sincerely pass my Thank-You to him and the girls.

How good is that Bob and Marion. Some good old fashioned service. Something lacking in many places nowadays.

Yes folks, I believe Hay to be a great place but then I am a little biased having lived there as a young fella in the 60s and 70s. Top town for a couple of years too I believe.
A good mate of mine looks after the old jail there and its worth a look at all the museum pieces - just ask for Bob
