We spent the day in the Bungle Bungles, Purnululu National Park today. I got a bit carried away with the selection of pics, hope it does not go overboard!
One of the most beautiful places in Straya. Good photos in there.
I too would have found it difficult to limit it to 11 photos .... as I am sure I would have taken 1,000s
cheers - John

That brought back great memories, Nice Piccys, Very Hot there, Hahaha
I spent 3 days at Turkey Creek in 1974, PMG Transmitter Station, One shed and a water Tank with a windmill attached, 200 miles south of Kunnunarra,
I had a blocked radiator, So I removed the top tank, cleaned out the radiator and soldered the top tank back on,
Blocked the outlet on the water tank the night before as it was only a very small trickle coming out,
The wife at the time, 2 kids and I had a great shower in the morning, Standing naked on the side of the road, having a shower, We had plenty of water,
3 days and not one vehicle went past, Main Highway to Halls Creek, All dirt roads then,
I stopped in the middle of the road for lunch, Between Halls Creek and Fitzroy River Crossing, Well I will be Damned, A Car actually came along and stopped,
Offered them a cup of coffee, which they declined as they were running late for some thing at Halls Creek they had to go to,
They only stopped to make sure we were all right, As there were no people out there at that time, As walking was totally out of the question if I broke down,
I can fix most things, or make do with what I had,
