I had a disaster dealing with this company and decided after the all the crap from them to check out forums re this company, AGR Machinery.
I would advise anybody to check out the forums before buying.
There will be people who have bought from them and had no problems. It would take four pages to document the rubbish from them and to this day the Mig welder I bought from them sit's in a courier's yard unable to be returned to them because they gave both myself and EBay a false address to return the item.
I was reimbursed by PayPal after three months so I didn't lose out.
It really is buyer beware with them.

Wow, this is why the Forum is so good for learning.
My experience is that you sadly find this out after your purchase but having said that I do use Ebay and most occasions are more than happy.
Cheers

One of the reasons they were not shut down. Business Review Weekly did a report on the guy that owns the company and were extolling the fact that he made it a $26 Million company in three years and what a wonderful company it was. Pollies were also espousing he was such a visionary.

Yes there are a lot of complaints about this particular company on forums, but if you look at how many units they sold to generate a turn over of $26 miliion, the number of complaints is a small almost irrelevant number.
I know of people who have bot both chainsaws (yes multiple) and a generator from them, and they could not be happier.
However, I would not buy from them, or anyone else on eBay without the protection of PayPal.
