It's in an permanent place and it's not to meaning of being towed around country
It would be far to heavy to tow just the floor alone would be a tonne
But still nice looking

Sorry Jack, this thing is towable.
In USA, where this little home is, bigger trailers are moved from one trailer park to another easily. Owners just call up the trailer movers, who turn up with a big truck, hitch up and off it goes.
So in this case the owners just call up the trailer movers. They don't use their vehicle to do the towing.
