Im at a loss to discover the better canopy for my XL ranger. I have 2 grand to spend so budget is important. If anyone can suggest a provider or recommend a canopy for around that price, I would be most grateful. Thanks and happy travels.
This guy also sometimes has second hand ones and delivers anywhere in Australia, the exception being his ARB canopies.
He does not do flexiglass but flexiglass is right next door to him from memory.

Check out "at Workstyle" canopy. It is outside your budget but worth looking at. I have one on our Colarado and the things I like about it are. 1. The whole unit is doubled skin so that even on a very hot day it is still cool inside the canopy. 2. The side doors are large and lift up out of the way which makes it great getting stuff in and out. 3. Being double skinned it is stronger so that you can have a boat or solar mounted on top.
My mate has a canopy on his navara (not a at workstyle) and is always complaining about the small side windows and what a pain it is to get things in and out, looks pretty though.

Hi Phil, just off the track of the canopy at the moment!
How do you find the ranger for fuel economy? I have a Ranger and find it a guzzler when towing my van.

Thanks guys, I have a XL ranger 4 cyl 2.2 L engine (Im told its a merc engine???) Without the van in the country small towns we get 8.4 L/100Km with the racks and roof box on. With a 2500Kg ATM van we get 13.9L/100Km that was a reasonably wind free day at 80KMPH over 700Kms.
I am so impressed with this vehicle, once you get into the "power band" between 1500 RPM and 3000RPM its a thoroughbred, under that it takes a bit to encourage action ( not a major problem on tow).
Im still looking for a good deal on the canopy and will post a response when I eventually get one.
