Having just spent the past 2 weeks on the Gibb River Road in the Kimberleys, Western Australia, it is pretty hard to find a small selection of pics. But here goes....
Great pics.... but a bit hard to see through my tears of jealousy
God's own country
Cheers - John

I like Rock Lizard am green with envy.
Those pic's are great and I have now put the Gibb River road on our bucket list.
Worth the trip just to get one of those burgers if the taste as good as they look.
Enjoy the fabulous scenery.
Cheers, -John

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww, Sooooooooooo Jealous!!!
I know we shouldn't wish our lives away, but I want to retire and go bush Nowwwwww *stamps feet*
Still I have something to look forward to and short'ish trips will do for now as we practice for such trips in the future.
I'm intrigued with the photo of the ammo box of match box toys at the top of that rocky hill??? . Aren't you far enough away from anyone out there to not have to sneak away from the campsite to play with your favourite toys?

love the shots, that ammo box was originally a plastic box and I got a report that it was gone because of a fire, then another cacher was going there and I asked him to take an ammo box good to see my cache again, thanks for that
Save some pics for the blog. ya I know you must have hundreds of them
I see John is enjoying the trip.

Thanks Roadtourer, even punctures are part of our fun!
Having just spent the past 2 weeks on the Gibb River Road in the Kimberleys, Western Australia, it is pretty hard to find a small selection of pics. But here goes....
Windjana Gorge and our camp.
Mr D tucking into a Kangaroo Burger at the Imintji Roadhouse - and me finding Wombats geocache!
Silent Grove - where we had our only puncture (at least he is smiling) & Bells Gorge
Galvins Gorge (where we had a swim), Barnett River Gorge, where we freedom camped for five gorgeous days.
I will post some more tomorrow...
Gday...
Great pics.... but a bit hard to see through my tears of jealousy
God's own country
Cheers - John
