My sister bought a second hand Galaxie phone, which I was inpressed with until I looked at the price of a new one.So , after a bit of a search, I bought a Chinese 5 inch phone of fleabay for $130. Its a cubot p9 , and seems to work well except I found that you need a BIG download limit as to download apps uses a lot of megs.Has a gps , and comes with two batterys , and two covers, one a flip.I treid it as a tethered modem , and it seems to work well.Can anybody who has smartphones or tablets tell me how much data they use with one of these things? Sent my Cubot back within seven days for a total refund.
Would pick up signals some times and not others from the same place within minutes of each other.
Dealer apologized and said that they had been having troubles with reception and I could choose another phone or have refund, it was a no brainer.

two years ago I brought the chinese Zopo no probs so far, and it has a pic of the nulla nymph on the start page.
never tried it as a modem.

Bill regarding your question regarding Data usage on phone I use mine as a modem and normally use between 1.5 and 2 gig per month, I don't spend time on you-tube as that tends to chew up heaps of data,and i use mine heaps for other uses.
