I call it my ninety second bread. Can be toasted if you wish and can also be made into hamburger buns.

If there's no microwave available, and a regular oven is too much trouble, I wonder if the mixture would work in a jaffle iron for a couple of minutes?

I read somewhere of an easy way to make damper by just putting a small amt in a jaffle iron.
