Could someone please advise me how to re-install the Comments link back
onto the maps page of Wikicamps. They were there one minute and gone
the next, I don't know what I did but the comments are very useful when
contemplating where to camp for the night.

Maybe you were out of range at the time. I find if I have previously read particular comments they will be there next time, but if I have never read that particular places comments and I am out of range, they won't appear.

Just downloaded Wikicamps the other day when talking to a group of nomads at Surat QLD I have been exploring it and found it very informative and will certainly use it during the remainder of our trip

I could well be wrong,
But we also have the Wikicamps app,on our Android phones,
and all it requires is the GPS be turned on,(it has to know where you are),we have never needed
a Phone connection at all.
Of course all the comments,Pics, etc, have to have been downloaded
for the relevant areas when setting it up.

The next time you are on Wi Fi, load Wiki Camps app and on the home page tap the offline content icon, this will take you to a selection of the states that you want to download data for, it takes a while to down load all the data and maps but you can then use Wikicamps without being connected to the internet, from time to time you will need to update your data so that you are up to date with all the sites and comments and prices I wouldn't advise you to do this using data allowance on the mobile network unless you have a very large allowance.
