Edge Designs is an all-women run company that designs interior office space ..
They had a recent opportunity to do an office project in NYC.
The client allowed the women of this Company a free hand in all design aspects. The client was a company that was also run by all women execs.............
The result..........well.....
We all know that men never talk, never look at each other....
and never laugh much in the restroom.... The men's room is a serious and quiet place... But now....with the addition of one mural on the wall......
lets just say the Men's Restroom is a place of laughter and smiles.
Reminds me of standing at the urinal of a loo in Venice, when the cleaning lady came in and stuck her head in between me and the guy next to me. No one knew where to look or what to say.

Gday...
Brought a grin
And then there is this loo too -
This toilet is a work of art known as "Dont Miss a Sec" created by conceptual artist Monica Bonvicini. The "see-thu loo" was first exhibited at a construction site across from the Tate Britain Museum in London in December, 2003. A BBC news article about the exhibit notes:
Artist Monica Bonvicini has created a minimalist glass cube containing a usable loo to stand opposite the Tate Britain gallery in London.
The work, called Don't Miss A Sec, is made out of one-way glass which means you can see out but not in.
The public sculpture will sit at the former Royal Army Medical College in Millbank, and is meant for public use.
A spokeswoman for the project said: "It will arouse curiosity because people can just come and use it, although there is a question of whether people will feel comfortable doing so.
Cheers - John

Don't have a photo but in Darwin at a restaurant situated at the "duck pond" one way glass sits above the urinal.
When standing there you can actually see back in to the seating area.
A bit disconcerting at first.
There is a dining table against the wall right below your *********
An oft repeated story is of a famous person who went to dinner with wife & a family friend.
While standing, looking over all he could survey, here was his mate with the wife playing up merry hell at the table.
Made the headlines up that way.
