Another 18 members and there will be 8,000 registered members ( a few more posting would be great though).

So anyone who just views but hasn't registered yet here's your chance to help the forum reach the 8000 members mark!  

Vic, I polished the wombat scoop today and will be going to Charters Towers tomorrow so there might one less by the end of the day 

As long as you find a nice Wombat to take his place Doug, GN can't afford to lose members, we want to increase them, but then sometimes it is better the Wombat you know than the one you don't..   

Glad you got your tug back and are on your way travelling again.  When we were at Charters Towers we stayed at the TT CP there, they had a bloke doing bush poetry in the campers kitchen for a gold coin donation.

I haven't stayed there but others have said the other CP near the lookout is nicer, but haven't been there, the TT one was ok and had ensuites on the sites.

Also possible that some may no longer visit the site Jack and have never bothered to delete their membership (eg: someone sells their RV and no longer follows the lifestyle).

As long as those who are registered or visit get some benefit from the forum that is the main thing, not everyone is comfortable with posting but everyone's input is appreciated if they choose to do so.

Hope the test run goes ok Doug but remember Wombat is running riot while you are not on the road!

Tug went well Vic and didn't see one wombat mate, heaps of road trains though so maybe they dealt with the feral W

Wombat must have passed the word you were in that area Doug and they all went to ground (or is that underground ?) LOL !

Glad the tug went ok and you can be confident of it for your next trip
