Hi and Welcome to all the latest GN members, it is a great forum.
I notice that a lot of new members ask questions on this Introduction section which is fine except many GN's do not visit here, so your questions do not get the attention they deserve and it can restrict the numbers of answers you may receive to your questions.
May I humbly suggest that after your initial introduction you look at the index and choose a section to post your query so others can help you (eg; General, Tech or others as applicable to your query).
Also if you put a State in your profile or mention a state in your query, this will encourage and help others to answer your queries once they know the general area/state you live in.
In other words, help other GN members see your query and help you with answers.
