It has made me think.. That I could of used one of them..
Then I slapped myself, because I just realized that I just need to get the whole project finished and I can just turn on the reverse cycle of the A/C system.. it's heats as well for far less than 700w..
Have been trying for days to get the photos I promise uploaded to the original thread.
For some reason I can't get in to Advanced Editor, then had a brainwave to start a new topic and it's worked.
The light colours on the black are from the flash of the camera, the heater is pure black.
That looks to be the ideal size for a van too.
Don't spose yu remember where yu bort it do Ya???
Cheers Keith
In Happy Wanderers earlier posting it was from Big W
But searching Big W online they no longer seem to carry this product
I have searched everywhere online and almost all these heaters are much bigger than the heater shown by Happy Wanderer
The only one that I have found and it looks identical is sold by Masters but they do not give size specifications and the price is $24

have you had a look at ceramic heaters, very good for caravans

Hey wombat mate, you better get your eye's checked cos none of the heaters in that link look anything like HW's heater
I know that
(my eyes do not need checking, I get my glasses from zennioptical.com online)
just thought these ones are smaller and would be much better for HW van.
Geez I hope ya got a large power supply into ya cave to run any of those Wombat..

Dougwe would need to get a HC licence with a Road Train endorsement and add a trailer load of batteries to his rig to run 'em..

works ok in a caravan park

This one looks identical to mine and a good price.
Previous thread on this subject is further down in this general forum.
Hi Happywander,
Yes that heater looks about same size i saw at Bunnings and would be just about the size I am after and only uses 700 Watts thanks for posting photo.
Mr Red.
Thanks for the info HW.
I have not seen these heaters before...so appreciate the information about them.
Cheers Keith

But it does look like a nice and compact heater..
