Never been there, but some years ago I was having vehicle trouble and was parked in the parking area of a major food store in Broken Hill.
A couple parked near me came over and helped me with the vehicle, they said they were farmers from Cameron's Corner and had come to Broken Hill to stock up on food supplies which they bought in bulk to take home.
I was very humbled by the fact they had a long way to go to return home, but took the time out to help someone.
I can't remember their names but will not forget their act of kindness.

Apparently is located in Queensland, has a NSW postcode and a SA telephone number, so there's no bias against any state!
Interesting article from the ABC news site
