Little wonder there has now been action.
A female French student was found murdered just around the corner.
She lived in a nearby hostel.
I wonder if the movements of the offender were masked
by the numbers & movements of the campers.
If this is the best answer or just the quickest answer is open to debate.

I wonder how big their tow trucks are. Will they be able to shift a 9,000kg motor home or an I safe?

Bloody 'Can do' can do!
Just have to wait till he gets back from his latest overseas trip though.
The Lord Mayor's experience as an ex-Army engineer Subaltern will no doubt come in handy.

You would still get hit with a fine, just wake up in the morning with the fine under the windscreen wiper, if you are an overseas traveller it just gets added to your credit card back at the rental company.
Byron Bay has already been doing the same, in the areas where they don't want motorhomes to stay overnight, there is no parking from 1am to 5am if you ignore the sign you wake up in the morning to a nice fine, which makes it a very expensive caravan park.
Cheers
