I have been trying to find where to buy the Spring Loaded Lift up/Drop down brackets used under the Footrests on
most of the new vans with the Cafe Dinette type seating arrangement. Most on-line are overseas or expensive although I
have seen a couple of White Painted bckts. I have tried most of the Hardware Stores to no avail.
Cheers Kev.

Kev. Try Carba Tec they are a woodworking shop ,they are something I have seen
In there. I can't find my cattledog (catalogue) from there as we have been cleaning up and it has been moved .
They have shops in all states so there is no problems that way
I was going to buy some for my wife and put on the end of the seats so we could put our feet up,is this what you are
Going to do?
Regards. Brian

Hi Brian,
Yes I am wanting to fit collapsible footrests on the end of the seats, I had a look at CarbaTec couldn't find any there then found S/Steel ones on Whitworths.
Hopefully I will find some painted ones' somewhere a bit cheaper per pair.
Thanks Kev.

Kev I went to our local kitchen builder and explained what I was after and he found them in one of his catalogues in less than 5 min.
He ordered them in for me and they cost $25 a pair white, for a 300mm "shelf"

Hi Kev .I have a Supreme Van 12 mnths old.A mate of mine then got one and he had the lift up foot rests in his .Well needless to say ,we also wanted them too .I went to Supreme and they simply sent me to their trimmer and he charged me $ 100 each for the whole lot ready to fit as he still had my color code on file and was a real nice fella.{In Cam /field } I am sure if you rang him he can set you in the right direction or if you come to Melb he only 2 streets off the HWY . Hi Frank,
Went to a Cabinet/Kitchen Builder in Shepparton and ordered 4 of these fold down brackets for $80 including freight from Melbourne, a better price than some Caravan Part suppliers online who want $33+ for each bracket. Thanks for the hint.
Cheers Kev.

did good Kev
I got the idea from some one on this forum a couple of years ago so I am just doing the right thing and passing it on to you.
your turn now. Because you will be asked about your footrests when people see them.
