I have just read the latest GN Times with interest. It was the advertisement for folding electric bikes that caught my eye, I think they are a great idea, so much so that nanny sore eye and I just bought one each we love them we can zip around what ever place we are in.
i want to let you all know to do your homework BEFORE you buy, the one's we have Bought Look VERY similar, we are VERY pleased and did pay anywhere near the $2000 they are asking on the advertised site. Clearly I can't and won't mention the site we got ours from that would break the forum rules, I am not bagging any company or promoting another just advising like minded people. OO if want to PM me for more details that's fine.

We have 2 Makita electric bikes on board our motor home that use 2 @ 18v drill batteries in each bike with a range of between 12 & 16kms ea. Cost was about $650ea & I had the Batteries any how. Great investment for us. Happy cycling.
