Hurt feelings reports are common in litigious, politically correct Oz. The 'Wa Wa Wambulance' is running hot and the media adds its sensationalism. Cheap 'news'.
Maybe it has something to do with gross over-production of lawyers from our universities. Lawyers are forever finding new 'problems' for which they already have a solution. Lawyers have to make a living and a decent one at that, you should realise.
Anyone who rents out their home will find out soon enough that there is a growing number of 'professional' tenants with publicly funded legal advocates to assist them who know how to make your home into a cheap ride for themselves and ultimately to convert your home into their own managed boarding house to derive a profit from.
