Did the diecast ratchet wheel strip it's points and now slips?....if so you can cut new ones with a 3 corner file.

hako, no, it's the turning handle part that has snapped off, only one left, I have to use a shifter to tighten it

I contacted them a couple of years ago and got some of the small clear plastic patches that stop the metal rubbing on the window glass. They were very helpful.

Ditto. There was no charge for the strips or postage and they even included an extra set of the plastic strips. While I had the girls on the phone I enquired about the price of a few other parts and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. Cheers, ozjohn.
