HI all. our waeco cr-140 is on the blink. showing 3 red flashes, googled it and it says the rotor is jammed . the pressure difference in the cooling system is too high (> 5 bar).
turn fridge off for 10 mins and restart.
tried that but still nothing. any help would be more then welcome.
take care
Mick

This may sound drastic, but if it is a locked rotor & not too high a head pressure. I would give the compressor a few hits on the metal body with a hammer as power is applied, & see if that works. That's the cheep option, any thing else is going to be expensive (unless its under warranty) if it is I would be taking it to an agent.

Yep, sounds like exactly what i had with mine. Turned out the compressor was knackered. And from the help he gave me with mine a while back, I can tell you that DeBe is quite an authority on these fridges, so he should know.
