Any one with these seats in their trucks/motor homes etc there is a seat adjuster thats not shown in the handbook.
Directly between your legs, just under the lower front edge of the squab there's a small slide adjuster which allows the squab to be moved forward/backward to set the length of the squab, the section you sit on.
This adjustment does not move the entire seat back & forth. The adjuster can only be seen by standing out side & looking under the lower front of the squab.

Looks like you lot have a different model seat to me..There is no leaver there..
I didn't think I was that stupid not to have found something like that when I have found every other adjustment on the seat..
