You've just explained our diet for the last 40 years, except for some sea foods, that's what we live on and are very fit and healthy for our age. Add some wonderful herbs and spices and you have a complete healthy diet.

Natural foods and medicines are amazing - my son has a condition called "cluster headaches" - they are not a migraine, there is no indication of one coming on - just intense pain, like someone stabbing him in the eye socket with a knife and twisting it - his eye waters, his eyebrow area swells, his eyelids swell, and he has intense pain in the entire area of his head, even affecting the bridge of his nose. For years doctors told him it was migraine, but a switched on doc investigated further and found cluster headaches - he has the classic symptoms. There are times when the pain is so bad he will bang his head on the side of the bath, because that pain takes away from the headache!!!
With this doctors assistance he has found a way of managing the headaches - he initially had three months off work (he is a truck driver), and started a trial and error course of medication, which included blood pressure pills, to keep his blood pressure down, anti depressants, as he was depressed because no one or nothing could help him, pain killers and bed rest.
He found a cluster headache website, that has a forum, he had to get his girlfriend to read the forum, as it depressed him knowing there were so many people with the problem worldwide - and it was not recognised by authorities - i.e. when he was off work, he was on a disability "allowance", which could be cut off at any time, he had to report fortnightly with doctors certificates, and they also said he would maybe have to work part time!
People on this forum have had the condition for many, many years, you can go into regression, and not have an attack for years, then they can just resurface.
Anyway - he has now found that by taking cayenne pepper capsules, fluid magnesium, his anti depressants, and the blood pressure pills he can work and live a normal life, only suffering a headache when under stress. He takes no pain killers which made his drowsy and lethargic.
You an google "cluster headaches" - and there are heaps of articles, forum inputs etc., on the benefits of natural medicines which can help - but each case is different, and it can take a long time to get the right balance.
