Well the adventure of a lifetime begins in less than 6 weeks now it has certainly been a busy time packing and chucking.
Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me I have a pacemaker and have to send a transmission or interrogation as they call it of my device back to my Cardiologist every 3 months, that's not a problem but where does one hook into a telephone line? I have read with amazement that doctors in some towns aren't easy to get to see? so if anyone can give me some suggestions that would be greatly appreciated

Try at telecentre (enterprise centre or similar) in Rural areas. I think some states have them in library's doing same thing.

I have done the process at caravan parks ,they are usually very happy to let you do it.You must use an analoge line,if they have a telephone system try using the Fax extension as they are analoge.Cheers Peter
