Looking into the TPG Internet/Phone bundle for $79.99 a month under which you get ADSL broadband, line rental, unlimited local and national calls, calls to mobiles and calls to 13 overseas countries.
Sounds good, but any comments welcome from those who have used it. I'm particularly interested in TPG's definition of "unlimited".
Cheers, Tony

Not sure if it is the same, I have unlimited with Telstra but at 200gb it slows right down, so look and see if you are limited, or some have peak and off peak download times.

Hi Tony,
A good place to start when you are looking to see what others think about particular ISP's is the Whirlpool forums..
Thats the TPG forum.. Just remember that people that are really happy with anything never post on Whirlpool..

I've been with Spin (formerly Comcen) for over 15 years and have a pretty good deal with them. You can check out their packages at https://www.spintel.net.au/

I was with TPG a few years back and all was well until......
one night I needed their assistance as no matter what I tried I could not get access to the internet. So I phoned their help desk to talk to someone. As I remember it I phoned them four times that night excusing myself each time because I could not understand what they were saying. Strong asian accents. I was pretty furious especially when I found out I could not cancel the contract unless it was in writing, since II had no internet email was not possible.
