For those who use Telstra, did you know that you can get 24/7 help via a chat window? Much less frustrating than a voice call, and no waiting time. Here's the link:
(P.S. I don't work for Telstra, but have little patience on the phone when calling for assistance.)

I have used the Telstra chat and it's very good. The Call Center is in the Philippines and I usually have a little chat to them in Tagalog (Philippine language) and they are really happy to hear a foreigner speak their language. Now there is method in my madness. After we have a little chat, I usually get what I am asking for !!!
