Looking at having either a lunch or dinner at the Cuballing Hotel, approx. 10 kms from Yornaning Dam Camping site.
I need to get an idea of when the majority of anyone attending will be there, also how long staying etc, some work so can only be there for a few days at the start, however could have more than one group meal at the pub depending on numbers present at the time etc.
No obligation to attend any lunch/dinner will only be for those who want to attend the pub. Will discuss this further at the camping ground but just want to get an idea in the meantime who might be interested.
Arriving 2nd or 3rd - departing, when we run out of booze!. Would prefer happy hours - morning tea, afternoon tea, pre-dinner, or just sharing a good chinwag under the stars..... Not wanting to take anything away from those who want a good old fashion pub meal.

Arriving sometime on the 1st with one maybe two others in tow. Should be there for a couple of days/nights. Have some free time from that place I'm required to attend from time to time. Will depend on the others regarding a pub meal.

Thanks Cathy, more the merrier, the pub meal is not essential and would only be on if we have enough who are interested in going.
It seems if we do have a meal there it would need to be fairly close to the start date as some are moving on later.
Keep the intentions to attend coming in please for those who have not indicated yet. Hope Mr Grumpy comes but I know his interests are not RV orientated. We enjoyed his company at Rockingham.

Correction to place name (as pointed out by Dunmowins, thank you).
The Place is called Yornaning (not Yorningup) it is approx half way between Popanyinning and Cuballing (about 10kms from each).
Note: Day visitors welcome also.
