I think a Damehood and Knighthood is warranted for Jules and Billeee for their organisation efforts in what could only be described as a marathon GN Getogether at Greens Lake.
The efforts put in by them, their assistants and those who participated was amazing.
Well done on a mammoth effort, an example other GN's can aspire to in future.

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting them yet but from what I read they put a fair bit of effort into making the place a fun place to be...
As I believe others there do as well ...
We are heading south later this month and there is a chance we will find our way there on the trip home so we can say "G'Day"..

I would second that

Thank you - but there really wasn't any "organisation" as such - we just said we would be there, and people started arriving - all of whom made it a most pleasurable time - 13 weeks for us!!!
All there contributed to the "occasions" - Melbourne Cup Lunch - Yeoeleven's birthday party, as well as Christmas and New Year celebrations!
It was wonderful to meet so many Grey Nomads in one place - and many thanks to Cindy for making a "sticky", Greens will be a meeting place for many years to come, I am sure!!

There was a problem at Greens when somebody said they can pee anywhere cos he was in the never never, Jules will know more about that, so please do not pee on it.

Probably "organisation" is not an appropriate word Jules, but you both made the effort to be there over a long period and to act as a central meeting point and a pivot for other celebrations ably assisted by others who visited there also. A great effort and one that will be hard to beat if ever. Well done by all!

Sir Billeeee and Lady Jules did a fantastic job over the 13 weeks they were at Greens Lake. Well done guys. Also to all the others who helped in making Greens a welcoming stopover.
Hope to get back there for a few nights before heading back up north.
