When I acquired my MH, I purchased a quantity of Bio-Magic cheap, for the toilet cartridge. I am just about out of it now. A guy I met at Bendigo Showgrounds some time back told me he uses Select brand (a Woolworths brand) Soaker & Stain Remover. He places 2 heaped teaspoons in 250 ml of warm water. I have also read numerous posts on the Forum about the use of NappySan.
One thing that is not mentioned in the Forum, or if it is Ive missed it, is the quantities. How much NappySan do you use in a 20 liter cartridge, and how much water do you mix it with. Also, does the water need to be warm or cold ?
Be interested to learn what others do for the mix so I can adopt one for my use.

we buy the 2kg one from the reject shop for $5, it has the same active ingredient as the expensive ones.
we don't add any to the cassette until one of us does a no2 and then just add a capful on top no mixing with water.
add a capful on top of any no2 or a capful each day
we usually have to empty every 3 or 4 days anyway
works for us

We use the "home brand" soaker - the active ingredient is sodium percarbonate - and the ideal is around 34% - use a capful into an empty cassette, or with first No. 2 - the No. 1 is usually enough to liquidise it. The idea is that it breaks down the solid product and the toilet paper (2 ply) - and minimises the odours - works for us! When we are driving and the cassette is, say, half full, the rocking motion really helps break product down. If sitting still, take a bit longer to work, still good for smells though!

See? Even the blokes here talk about stuff they would never talk about at the golf club.
