Download a free eBook about water filters in RVs - how they work and what they do - here. Some interesting points are made, independent testing by a reputable water quality lab would confirm or deny some of the claims. Anyway, download, have a read and make up your own mind.
Updated the link - for some reason some of the letters were replaced with asterisks and others removed.

did you try this, highlight the string and right click on it then select Open in a new folder, this should work, and its a very interesting .pdf file to download, I will be printing it later today.

The URL with the percent symbols works OK in Opera, but not in FireFox. It must be dependent on the browser.
The TinyURL should be OK, though. BTW, I have linked to the preview page, so there is no security risk. The preview page displays the actual target URL and prompts you before redirecting.

TinyURL also works for me using Chrome browser, it sends you direct to the pdf link to download.
Thanks dorian.

Think it should be 'best water filters' with spaces removed - the forum censor didn't like the four letters replaced by the ****
from BEST water filters

Worked first go for me too, thanks Dorian.
1. Internet search seems to show that most sites recommend chlorine to clean fresh water tanks.
2. The web site for the article (best water filters) recommends Colloidal silver and Hydrogen Peroxide.
3. What are members experience in cleaning fresh water tanks - benefits and disadvantages of each method
Thanks
