Now back in Mt Gambier, for the Christmas/New Year period. The weather is cold and wet, rained all night and looks like continuing through the weekend. Some would say typical for this area, however there are pluses for this weather, I will clean Miss Daisy, catch up on my blog, and basically chill out. Might have to visit the video store.
Downside, not inclined to happy hours, shut inside, and well really guess there is no downside, just different. Golly John, I could see those pills coming out of hiding there, so all good.
Wherever you are and whatever you are all doing, have fun and enjoy.

After the heat wave for 2 days and a gale yesterday I woke during the night to lovely rain - here at Wirrulla. It is cool and cloudy today so might just clean the van etc as well. Long overdue but for too hot until now:)

Sorry to intrude on your Hectic lifestyle, But I am going to 'Dartmoor'' for a few days on Monday Were there many vans parked in the Camp Area on the right hand side of town when you left I have a nephew that lives there, but I am not sure wether to do the Freecamp bit ? Or pull into his yard and Do the 'Plug-in bit ??
will be staying until a day or two after Xmas ?? Oh yeah Mt Gambier is close to Dartmoor ?? So can you check out WHO is in charge of the weather in that area, And tell them that 2 - 3 days of rain should be enough, ?? AND I expect to have Sunshine when I arrive, ??? say ?? 5 or 6 days @ around 26 - 28 Deg, and NO wind
If you can arrange that for me great ..

Dazren, the camping area is wonderful, there were not many there at the beginning of the week. Now there has been so much rain, probably not many at all.
I have spoken to the weather gods and believe me I am imploring them to please please turn on the sunshine for the esteemed Dazren for when he arrives. I have a feeling at present it is falling on deaf ears, maybe they have water in their ears.
Nooo, wait the sunshine is suppose to appear on Monday and then hit 26 on Wednesday so just maybe the prayers have been answered.
If you are going to be around down this way might even come for a drive and catch up with a light ale or two, if you have time.
