The poms are on the ropes as Mitchell Johnson Has taken 6 wickets for 30 in a great exhibition of fast bowling. The poms are 9 for 135 , and looking at following on, chasing Austraia,s 9/576. Brilliant bowling by NQ product Johnson.

Great to see Oz cricket coming back to brilliant form.

398 in front, 3rd day of a test, bowlers not yet tested as it is their job, and Clark doesn't enforce the follow on. Would rather see poms being given out than Australians getting a century. Poor decision Clarko. IMHO.

Yes ,it is a strange decision. I say when you have the foot on the throat, keep it there, until you win. Bill

I for one liked Clarke's decision. Either way he went, I believe our chances of winning are the same so, at least the decision he made will make the game last a bit longer for us cricket starved viewers and also give our batsman some more batting practice against the poms before the third test, plus it will make the sponsors and all involved a bit happier the longer it lasts.
Cheers

Yep Clark is dammed if he does and dammed if he don't. Its all good and we will clean it up in the morning. At least its proper cricket not hit and giggle.

Well, there you go. Raining in Adelaide on the last day of a test when realistically Australia should have had them out. Clarks decision to not force the follow on could end up biting him on the bum. When their neck is in a noose, pull the lever. Going to be totally annoyed if the poms slip away from this. Agree that trying to prolong 'real' cricket is a good thing, you can't control the weather or predict it. Day off because of bad weather and was looking forward to watching a bit on the box. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

Went out at midday, our time, to find the test all over, your time. Good result but missed all the last days action. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh.

Ditto Bunkerbob - turned the TV on about 4 mins before the last wicket. But good to see the rain didn't beat us.
