The information I'm after is..
- Brand / Model
- Size [Ah]
- Voltage
Other comment's.. Any issues that you have had..
I was think'n with the large number's of people that use this forum that we should get some great information..

the bigger the List the Better.. Everyone has different Batteries, I'm trying to compile a List data Base of what is being used..
For example I'm Looking at Fullriver Batteries for my rig.. but I'm after Option's.. So that is why I'm asking the Question... to gather information.. - For example on a Aquaponic's Website, they have a List of the different Pump's People have used.. With the Good and the Bad write up's..

In my HiAce I have 2 Fullriver 10A5H AGM batteries, giving a total of 210AH when fully charged. I have a solenoid from the alternator that charges them when I drive. I have a portable 100W solar panel with a Morningstar regulator.
My main draw is my fridge, perhaps 50AH per day (more in hot weather), my computer, perhaps 10AH and then other smaller items (DVD player, lights, inverter). When I have plenty of sun I can camp indefinitely. In two years I have had no problems.

Fullriver DC 115Ahr 12V x 4 for the house. Fullriver HGL 120Ahr 12V x 1 for the crank.
At some time in the future I will probably change to LiFe.

Until early this year, we had vision gel (house) and AGM start and house top up batteries in our bus. Now we have fusion lithium batteries for start and 300Ah house batteries. Unlike AGM where you are lucky to get 50% of your stored energy, we can draw down the lithium to almost zero and still have 12+v.
The lowest we have had them is 12.6v and that was after 3 days of rain, when the sun came out, they fully charged during the day from our 560w panels. Lithium is a bit more expensive, but the difference in use is amazing. Love the start batteries (24v) gives full power starts, even in Tas in freezing temps, with no slow turnovers.

Caravan main power two X 105 amp/hr federal AGMs and auxiliary 1 x 100 amp/hr Century AGM
Issues
Wet battery doesn't like the cold and drains quickly. (problem in winter)
of the two 100 amp/hr batteries the AGM seems to hold voltage better when in use and heavy loads placed on it.
The 100 amp/hr AGM battery runs multiple loads better.
Charging Tow vehicle batteries when vehicle not running ( more than 3 days not used)
Of note
all batteries are of very similar age.
Charging
off alternator for tow vehicle and van when connected
Mains power through 25amp ctech charger
Solar 1 X 130 watt, 1 X 100 watt, 1 x 80 watt
2kva Honda genset (only use for coffee maker, gotta have good coffee)
Guru - What do you charge them with? That's a lot power

I have been googling some of the above named batteries. With Fullriver I have only found them available as online sales. Does anyone know of actual stockists as in shops in the street.
The same with Federal and Deka by the looks. Any ideas?

There are a few Online Suppliers of FullRiver and other batteries..
When I do decide on what battery I'm going to be ordering and Picking up the batteries..
These are some of the supplier's.. Use the Cheapest Quoted price from one of the site's Against the others. that is what I plan to do...

Find the supplier's Close to you and See if they will deal with the cheapest price found on Line.. Especially if you do the Pick-up..

I found the best priced batteries Federal brand on line and free delivery from www.probatteries.com.au I think they deliver Australia wide. I had a good run out Federal AGM's 6 years useage. HD Deep cycle.
The charger is a Nassa multi stage made in the states apparently.
What do I know about batteries? Zilch '''''''''' I just fit them end of story.

Juergen are you really saying that you couldn't find the ah rating so Federal not for you?????? I don't believe it!
Look at the deep cycle page,,,,,,, the ah ratings are stated clearly for 11 batteries,,, maybe you were looking at the engine starting/cranking section as they use cca's not ah ratings.
TRy this website as it shows heaps of batteries from various manufacturers;;;
I've posted this site url many times,,, no commercial interest here and I've never bought from them,,, my 4X100ah deep cycle batteries have been in the van for over 6 years and still going strong --- Fusion brand I think, and we've given them a hard time cycling daily when on road,, say 3-4 years full time.

Should said that the Federal's from this Website had no interest to me..
1 - I don't want a NON AGM Battery..
2 - Do Not want to have to deal with a Calcium Battery again..[If you discharge them to much, You can end up with problem's]
The Cost of this site are not competitive to what I am Looking For..
The site you[Baz] have Highlighted is the #1 Site I use a Reference.. it has a Great selection of batteries and charger's etc.. Fair prices as well..
