Free parking close to Port Melbourne along The Boulevard.  The free parking is along The Boulevard close to the port terminal for the "Spirit of Tasmania" ferry to Devenport.  No time limits, view to the harbour and clean public toilets too.  Suitable for caravans and motorhomes.
