Hello Grams - I started pilates too - about a week ago still suffering (a bit). Hopefully it will do the right thing by me in the long run. May even have a go at aqua aerobics (maybe!!). happy camping

I skipped Step 1, Place block on the floor.
That sounded like extra undisclosed exercise.
Just left block on floor and did a strenuous walk around twice.
I am thinking of making a block out of foam so its not to heavy to shift.

I do aqua aerobics all the time- when I launch and retrieve my boat, and clean and eat the fish, too. Very healthy! Bill
