Morning all. We are staying in Kenilworth free camp as Maleny is closed until Monday. Great place to stay but bit far to drop in on our kids on the coast.

Does anyone know if there is a free camp closer to the coast. My daughter checked out schools and yes they do take camping during holidays but the lady who runs P&C has never replied to her only the headmaster of the school which is on the beach close to Mooloolaba. Until then we are wondering if Nambour Showgrounds or any on the coast itself does camping.
How does one contact these places where camping may be happening but do not have on lists?

Much appreciated if someone could give us some help in this area and may have found a hideout.
