I use the BabyQ and the Leuke bread mix ....... easy as once you have the temp mastered for the Q ...... after some initial disasters, I have found the longer you knead the dough, the better the result.

That's great as we have a BabyQ but just wondering if you cook the bread on a trivet and in a bread tin. What temperature do you bake the bread at? Haven't as yet found anyone bakes bread in their caravan oven.

Aren't caravan ovens only good as wine racks? Sorry - I make bread from a bread mix in the Cobb Cooker. Yummy!!

That's basically what ours get used as, a storage area.

Max, we have a breadmaker, a weber Q and an oven in the van. While I mostly use the breadmaker when on power (takes 3 hours) I often short-cut the time by making the focaccia recipe (1 hour), and finish off in the oven. Have not met anyone yet who has not liked my focaccia!
