Premium SMS Barring On Moblile Phones

I got a message from Telstra on this today, have just done mine, see this link;

If, like me, you had/have no idea what Premium SMS is and why you may need to 'bar' it ... read this -

I have never experienced "Premium SMS" messages/scams, so I guess I must be lucky hmm
