Well thank you all for your responses to my previous thread. I can now say: "I CAN DO IT" the deed is done and thanks goes to the ideas of many on here.
You should be able to feel my smile from where you are because I can't stop smiling :)
This is how it all ended:
I decided to purchase the KCI Ezy Wrench as recommended by Ruffnut, I should of known one nut would know how to deal with another nut, (No offence :) )
This was not as easy as it sounds, I bought the last one in stock in a 50km radius of home. Rather amazing to me that this product is not readily available, anyway I had to travel 50km to get it.
I took it home full of anticipation a bit scared that this was my last ditch effort before calling for help from someone else.
I took it out read the instructions and had a go, plugged it in to the cigarette hole and hit that nut burr, burr it went then dead. My heart sank this was not right I couldn't believe it!
Mm investigation found the extension lead was dead not the machine. So I hooked it up directly to the battery, burr, burr and guess what the nut was loose and out!
So now I just have to check their after sales service and see if they will replace the extension lead,
But honestly, I can now do it and am one very happy independent little nut.
Oh by the way I have no affiliation with KCI either but recommend the product as it solved along standing issue for me. Now I have my Christmas list sorted guess what everyone's getting.

With the KCI use it, or at least run it regularly, especially if you leave it in a vehicle. Had mine in the drawers and hadn't used it for a couple of years, used hand tools. Went to use it on a stubborn trailer nut and it wouldn't work. Sprayed it (the KCI) liberally with WD40 over several days and trying it and it eventually came good. Guess that brings the old adage....use it or lose it....back to life eh.
