Today I went to the Jayco factory and did the tour of the complex...wow is all I can say....80 acres of state of the art technology and lots of caravans and motorhomes in various stages of being built.
Got to the motorhome area and there standing in the sun having its final detail before being delivered to the dealer was MY motorhome.
A very exciting moment after 3 months waiting and now even more excited.
I was able to take a few pics and will post more when I actually take delivery in a week or so.
****** very very nice ***** And excited you should be ?? Happy, Safe , Travels Mate

Onya Brett,
Love the colour scheme and interior layout, looks like the travelling will be first class from now on.
Now it's going to be the stage of what embellishments to add, what little extras to add to make it your own personal MH.
Enjoy and safe travels.
First Trip?

very cool, like what you did with the lounge area, better than the little layout they give you..

I can't help wondering about those Lights Brett. They seem abnormally high to me. Wouldn't they be a problem for on-coming vehicles at night ? Or do they slant right down. Just seems odd to me.
The rest of it looks great.
Cheers,
Sheba.

Thanks all, not sure about the lights Sheba but I'm sure they r fine :)
Milo the lounge and bedroom both slide out and it's push button, nice and easy, but can be done manuallyif required. the couch is standard but you can't sit there when the vehicle is going so its only a 2 person vehicle, which suits me fine.
Yugla, I got a better mattresss, doubled the solar panels, external shower, bike rack, generator, anda couple of extra 12v plugs near the bed. Im upgrading the stereo speakers when I get it and they threw in a bulbar, tow bar and extra tv, I only wanted dark leather, not 2 tone so it doesn't show the dirt as much.
i had a 23' Jayco conquest a couple of years ago and travelled in that for 6 months so not a complete newbie, but still so much to see out there.
Looking forward to fitting it out with my stuff and then give it a run somewhere :)
cheers
Brett

Thanks Milo. I'd just never seen one with lights like that. However, I saw one today at Emu Park. It was a very long Motorhome.
Cheers,
Sheba.
