Something is missing .... To upgrade this properly, it needs to be a mixer system .... red's OK, but you also need a nice Chardonnay.

Chaslib why do you think there are hot and cold taps? Obviously cold is for the Chardy, hot is for red.

Big Gorilla Hi
I myself like the Eighty's way Cardboard Cask, good thing about it, holds 6 bottles with a 1/2 bottle bonus and to boot it's the packaging got to be environmentally friendly.
When you empty the cask they have lots of uses e.g. rubbish bin, starting a fire to keep warm with. The cask fill it with water, perhaps place it in the sun to warm it up for a wash, fill it with air kick it about a bit to get some exercise until you trier then lay down and use it as pillow by this time I really have gotten my monies worth out of it.
They even have pictures on them to remind me how big a standard glass is and to top it off my casks don't rattle like bottles do. how uncouth is that.
Signed Cheap Drunk.
PS I did ask my Lady Doctor one time how do I know if I am drinking to much. After a bit of thought she fired back with "If you drink more then your Doctor".

I do it the old fashioned way. Have to tip a glass bottle into a glass !! Let me digress for a moment. Saw a bottle of Red.. Elmfield Shiraz Cabernet 2012 at Aldi for $2.49. Had to try it. The result ? Went back next day and bought a box of 12.
Some of Aldi's wines are fantastic - they had a labelled bottle of dolcetta few years back, from a Victorian vineyard, we paid $21 for a bottle at the cellar door - Aldi - $5.95!!!!!!!!!! Used to buy it from First Choice as a cleanskin at $7 - back in the day, when I used to drink wine!!!

I heard that you stopped drinking wine because you started guzzling it Jules, I might have heard wrong though.
